We regret to inform you that due to unforeseen circumstances MidAtlantic poker has terminated operations effective Sunday 11 May 2008.

To receive a refund of the remaining cash balance in your account, please contact us at support@pokernexus.com or call Toll free from UK 0800 047 0307 International: +(1) 6468625252.

To facilitate this we are asking that you now make a final and complete withdrawal request (via Support) on all outstanding funds held at MidAtlantic poker.

• We ask that you please email Support (support@pokernexus.com) immediately and state your preferred payment method so that we may action your withdrawal request manually on all funds currently held in your account.
• With regards to Withdrawal Methods, please note:
• Cheque withdrawals are only available to customers residing in the United Kingdom with an official residential address.
• For Neteller withdrawals (minimum is $5 / .4 / £2), we would appreciate if you could send in your Neteller Account ID as well.
• For Click2pay withdrawal (minimum is ./£/$ 1.00), please provide us with the email address that you used to register with Click2pay.
• For Moneybookers withdrawal (minimum is ./£/$ 1.00), please provide us with the email address that you used to register with Moneybookers.
• For bank wires, a remittance charge of about GBP 30.00 or more will have to be borne by you.
• We regret to inform you that Credit Card withdrawals are not allowed.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused by this closure.
